The  Chios Collection was made to smoke along side the fabulous aperitif  of the island called Mastica. It pairs well alone, or with any aperitif or after dinner drink such as Port or Sauternes . 

The flavor profile of the Chios is incredibly complex and nuanced. It starts out with a duel of light spicy and peppery notes, alongside woody and earthy aromas that tantalize the back of the palate. As you smoke, you’ll embark on a journey that starts as a mellow medium-bodied smoke but quickly ascends to a full-bodied taste sensation. A finish of coffee and Carmel. The Last third will give you flavors of dried fruits and leather. 

One of the standout features of the Chios collection is the smooth sweetness of roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate that appears mid-smoke, providing a perfect balance to the spicy and earthy notes. The construction is rock steady, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the flavor journey.
